TIPS from Jon F.
Tip #1
If you buy bagels and they come in a paper bag don't leave them in that paper bag because then they'll get all hard very fast. When you get home switch them to a plastic bag and you'll find they they stay fresher, longer.
Tip #2
Save your plastic bags from grocery shopping to put bagels in.
Tip #3
Cream Cheese and I may be on the outs.

When giving people tips make sure it is a tip and not just a statement.
Tip #5
If you happen to look out your window and make direct eye contact with someone in their apartment try to hold back from waving.
